Strange PDE with PDE Toolbox or Matlab

Hello !
I'd like to solve the equation of the form
ds(x,t)/dt= 1/x d/dx(sqrt(x)d/dx(sqrt(x)*s(x,t)*v(x)) Where s and v are just x-dependend function. I can't found a proper tool within PDE Toolbox to solve this problem. Do you think it is possible to solve it using tools provided by MATLAB/PDE Toolbox ?
