The needed file might be the same as the one inside the FEX package http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/37899-embedded-coder-support-package-for-green-hills-multi-ide-r2012b

You probably need to log in to the ti forum to look at Stefan's uploaded files. On the other hand as he was posting in 2009 his files might be gone now.
