Simulink real-time connection to OMAP-L138

I know in the past it was possible to use the RTDX blocks to get data to/from DSP boards such as the TI C6713. Is there any way to do such a thing with the OMAP-L138 EVM (C6748) and Simulink R2012b? Like if I create a model to run on the OMAP, and want to have Simulink scope block attached.
