I am using simulink to reproduce the results of a paper regarding SER & BER in NOMA systems.
I am supposed to use bertool to produce a BER graph via Monte Carlo simulations. However, I have to manipulate the AWGN block in order to get the right results. The paper says I have an AWGN noise power density of -174dBm/Hz.
If my signal period is Ts=1s and my Signal Power is 1Watt, what is the SNR's value?
I've got a 16-QAM constellation, by superposing two 4-QAM constellations.
