If i have the noises from different sources like biological, shipping with other background noise.but i need only the biological noise.no need of background and shipping noise. so how i can display the only biological noise in a spectrogram ?

First you have to apply some kind of filtering to remove the other kinds of noise from the signal. Then you put the resulting signal through the spectrogram plotting function.
