Unable to import Solidworks Model as Simscape Multibody Model

I have rouble to import the Kinova Gen3 Solidworks model as the Simscape Multibody Model in Simulink. The Solidworks is able to export the .xml file for Gen3. However, when I import the .xml file there is only data file generated but no corresponding Simscape Multibody Model file. I am using MATLAB R2020a and Solidworks 2019.
