Why the frame rate of my camera is lower than what I set when Using Image acquisition Tool?

I am using Image acquisition Tool(GUI) to record a video. The frame rate 30.0000,but when I record a 10 seconds video,there are only 85 pictures grabbed. How can I record a 30 frames per second video?
