PLC program by Simulink PLC Coder

My question is .. Is the Simulink PLC coder able to make programs like the the Auto gen(Software used by Rockwell for making PLC programms)...
If yes ???? Where can i get training for it we are a systems integrator. And cost for the software.. I am in India. right now...

PLC Coder generates structured text that is wrapped in an AOI (Addon Instruction) or a routine, which is then imported into RSLogix.

What about where to get the training, I am interested in an full covered example using simulink and any given PLC so that I can get a good handle for all other PLCs
