format convertion from yuy

i get video in the format of YUY2

but it is reddish and not as clear as in my application software

how can i overcome this problem.

Please explain "I get video" with any details. How do you determine that it is "reddish"?

Try switching to a different mode, like RGB. Also do a white balance if you can. If you don't see it in the imaqtool then contact the manufacturer of your camera.
