I used the boot floppy to creat a boot disk, but it came out a error:no accesssible disk found:file system disable. and the loaded app is none. so what's the reason and how to solve this problem. Thanks very much.

This is not an error; it says that it did not find a compatible hard disk (which you don't necessarily need).
For the loaded app, you have to build an application from MATLAB. When the system boots up, no application is indeed loaded. The Getting Started section should walk you through this.

In the user's guide, it is said that "If you want to access the target computer file system, add a FAT hard disk to the target computer system and reboot." So is it necessary that I must make the disk C to FAT?
