PCA(Principal Component Analysis)for Face-Detection

I have a little knowledge about PCA. But for comparison, I need to run PCA on my image dataset for face-detection(not recognition).

So, I have a training-set with 2 folders(Positive and negative image folders), and a test-set. How can I run PCA algorithm in matlab to detect face?
