Using MATLAB to control Mobile Studios

Hi,
I am looking for an algorithm with functions I can use that can be used to control the software Mobile Studios. It must be able to control output signal and plot input signals.

Are you using MS Windows? If so then does Mobile Studios have a COM or ActiveX interface provided?
