Receiving CAN-messages with Real-Time Windows Target

Hello,
how can i load can-dbc-files in real-time windows target (packet input)? or how can i combine the vehicle network toolbox with real-time windows target? (receiving messages with rtwt pack input and unpacking data using vehicle network toolbox)
