How is this question related to MATLAB/Simulink?

I suggest to delete this question due to due missing relation to Matlab.

You can't, they are two entirely different things.
With an .iso, you need to somehow make it available as a "disk" to the operating system. You can do this by actually burning the .iso image to a CD or DVD, or by using a utility program to "mount" the iso as a disk. You can also use a utility to open the .iso (like IsoBuster) and extract the contents of the .iso.
Windows 7 can natively burn an .iso image to a CD or DVD. If you want to mount the .iso you need to get a program to do that. Google "mount iso windows 7", for example, and you will find programs that can do this.
If you are on Windows prior to version 7, you'll need a utility to do the burning correctly.
And I agree with Kaustubha, this doesn't have much to do with MATLAB/Simulink at all.
