I'm new to Simbiology and have question about a error message

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi I'm new to Simbiology app. I'm generating a biochemical pathway and presently trying to link the reactants to products. In between I'm running the code just to check if I'm on right track. However, halfway through, while running the code I'm getting error as 'Dimensional analysis failed for reaction'. I checked the units and they are correct. Please advise.

Also please advise how can I write an ordinary differential equation that for generating concentration and generation/consumption rates using the biochemical pathway.

Hi,
It's hard to answer your questions without more details from you.
With regard to the dimensional analysis error, the easiest way to help you would be for you to attach your model to this question.
Can you also provide more details about modeling generation and consumption? Can you write down equations or reactions for what you're trying to model? Do you want to implement this using the SimBiology Desktop (graphical interface) or the command-line (or a function or script)?
