Which MATLAB version are you using?
If you are using one of the last few releases and you have an internet connection, then you can use the Add-Ons -> Get Add-Ons menu to install toolboxes.

Hi,
SimBiology is a MathWorks product that is built on top of MATLAB. In other words, you will need to install MATLAB to use SimBiology. If you already have MATLAB installed, you can use the Add-Ons menu item to add SimBiology to your existing installation (as Walter menions in the comment above). Otherwise, you can run the installer and it will install MATLAB, SimBiology, and any other licenses MathWorks products you choose to install.
