Where to find the help documentation for libraries calls used in TLC files?

Hi,

I'm trying to develop my own TLC files, but I found out that nearly no resource available on how to develop it except for the very beginner tutorial of Simulink Coder.

Is there a place I can find documentations about the library function calls used in these existing TLC files? For example, LibExternalInputsStructIsEmpty is a function in commonhdr_extiolib.tlc, but there's no documentation about it at all.
