Bioinformatics toolbox biograph limitation

Hello!
Is it possible to avoid the limitation of Bioinformatics toolbox biograph component? When I am trying to use "view" function on large interconnectivity matrix of nodes (aprox 3000 nodes) the function crashes after a while of computation.
