It seems like Battery Block in Simulink 2010b Library works in "second resolution" (Look under Mask -> "3600" parameter ). I am simulating a power flow model. Power comes from photovoltaic inverter as AC Power and stored into a battery or fed in to Grid.
My input value is AC Power from inverter with a "minute resolution" (That means I have 1440 values for each day). If I use this Battery block from library it only works with input values with "second resolution". This means I need 1440*60=86400 values for each day.
First of all I don't have an input data set with second resolution. Secondly even if I expand my data set 60 times, it takes 60 time longer to simulate it.
Do you have an Idea, what happens if I just change this 3600 parameter value to 60 and use this battery block with my minute resolution data set? Does anyone have an experience about that?
Thanks in Advance,
Deniz
