how to use MLSE after for Jafarkhani

I'm trying to make a 4x1 full rate design using Jafarkhani. I have been able to create the transmitter and also the jafarkhani matrix. I was wondering how can I use the MLSE block after the Flat fading Rayleigh block to encode my received signal.
