I want to access MATLAB through my univerty's account

Dear Support Team,

I first created a Mathworks account in 2017 and bought a student version of MATLAB. However, the laptop I installed it, has completely spoiled and I bought another one. Now I am a student again and my university has access to MATLAB. I then tried to download it, but your system is saying that I already have an account and it takes me to the previous account. Meanwhile it does not allow me to use the previous product neither does it allow me to create a new account with my university's particulars, to download it afresh.

Please what can I do in this circumstance so I can use my university's account to get a new copy? The name of my university is Hochschule Für Angewandte Wissenschaften, Hamburg Germany.
