Collateral missing value imputation

hi,

i am eric, currently researching of different methods to predict missing data. I came across a paper on CMVE and i would like to replicate the purpose algorithm on Matlab. I know the author has uploaded his but the .dll doesn't seem to work in matlab 7.9

1. does anyone has the latest version of CMVE software? 2. Anyone is familiar with the algorithm? i have some questions on the paper.
