How to replace the random interger input in DVB-T to a video signal?

I want to replace the random integer input in DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial) to a signal from a video file.
I think I should use the From Multimedia File block but I don't know how to convert it's output to the input of the Shortened RS Encoder.
I tried Matrix Concatenation and Buffer but I'm a little confused.
