Problems installing MATLAB on linux

Hey,
I have recently tried to install MATLAB on linux and after installing about 80% it said not enough disk space. So, I removed matlab using rm -rf /usr/local/MATLAB.
Then I extended my linux partition and tried installing MATLAB again but it says installation finished.

Installing ...
Finished
sudo ./install -javadir /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre/
Preparing installation files ...
Installing ...
Error: dl failure on line 863
Error: failed /tmp/mathworks_5128/sys/java/jre/glnxa64/jre/lib/amd64/server/libjvm.so, because /tmp/mathworks_5128/bin/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: invalid ELF header
Finished
What can i do to install it ?
