Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to remove seeding from the white noise generator in Simulink. I have a Simulink model that I am running multiple times with external input from the workspace. The model itself contains some intrinsic noise that I would like to be different for each run. Is this possible? Thanks!

You cannot remove the seed option, but you can use a random seed. For example:
This should give you a different output every time you run the model.

Unless the rng is reset somewhere else in case rand(1) is deterministic.

Sean is right. There are times this does not work, so it is worth double checking the output of this block in your model every once-in-a-while.
