how can i extract the alpha band signal from eeg signal mainly for robotic arms?

i am nasrin banu doing m.tech.i need matlab coding for separating alpha band eeg signals using brain wave interface kit for prosthetic arm control.can anyone help me for doing this project????

I’ve not done this in MATLAB so I can’t speak from personal experience. I found Brain-Machine Interface (BMI) based on Electroencephalography (EEG) on an earlier File Exchange search. See if it meets your needs. It requires a number of toolboxes, but you should already have those if you’re doing the sort of research you describe.
