findpeaks, Signal processing, Fourier spectrum

Hi basically I am trying to find the peaks from a fourier transformed signal. If i use findpeaks It retrieves all the peaks. I think the best way to find a solution is to find peaks between a certain range of x variable but I am struggling to do this. when i try to use peak prominence i get told that that function isnt recognised
