How to connect AC current source to an ADC quantizer in Matlab 2009b???

I am using MATLAB 2009b. In simulink I am unable to connect an AC current source to an ADC quantizer. Whenever I try to connect them, the link turns red color. The same problem occurs when I try to connect Current Sensor to ADC quantizer. What is the reason for this? And if possible please provide a solution for the same.
