How to create Regression Control Charts in Matlab?

I am trying to monitor the relationship between two related variables. In the regression control chart, it is assumed that the dependent variable, y, values are linearly related to the independent variable, x. The control limit lines are parallel to the regression line rather than the horizontal axis. I wonder if it's possible to draw regression control charts in MATLAB?
