Username Error when trying to open MATLAB

I just bought and downloaded MATLAB, but when I try to open it, it says the username in the license and my Mathworks username do not match, and then says i need to troubleshoot before closing. I'm not sure how to solve this issue, I'd appreciate help!!

Contact TMW support at www.mathworks.com for installation/startup issues. It's no-charge to get these issues resolved.
