Why can I not input winding parameters in the saturable transformer block?

The saturable transformer parameter input box (see screenshot) appears to have incorrect labels - e.g. duplicate boxes for winding 3 parameters, winding 2 parameters showing up as an incomplete drop-down list, no input box for winding 1 params.

(My version of Matlab is 8.3.0.532 with Version 6.1 SimPowerSystems.) This error occurs both for saturable transformer blocks taken from simulink block menu and for those within existing examples.

PS: While there may have been a bug like this before (<http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/95186-why-does-the-saturable-transformer-block-in-the-simpowersystems-blockset-3-1-r14-appear-to-have-in)>, the link to the fixing file no longer works, and also as several years have passed it would presumably have been patched by now...
