Jacobian speedup possibility via GPU

I would like some help with finding out whether Jacobian calculation can be performed on a GPU. This is because I am making use of levenberg marquardt training for training my neural network which I would like to stick with. It would be handy if the NVIDIA quadro GPU i have access to could be harnessed. I need to use this because I currently have requirements to do a lot of testing of my network robustness across different training data sets and really would find the speed up beneficial. i am using MATLAB 2014a
