How can I plot trend map with multiple matrix?

Upper image is pcolor image of one of matrices (4320*8640*11)

I have 11 matrix like this.

I want to plot map with changing trend, but I don't know how to do.

I mean, showing regions with color that red(rising trend) or blue(falling trend).

How can I do this?
