Toilet tank filling system in Simulink

Hello everyone. I have an assignment due in about a week that requires me to model a toilet tank system in Simulink. Problem is, I never have used Simulink and the professor has not gone over how to even use the software, that is why I am on the internet fishing for some help. Is there any tutorial or MATLAB forum where I can find information to set me in the right direction? I have seen the tank fill demo model and it looks it is close to where I want to get to but I really do not know where to start.
