Graphic Card support for xPC Target

I am using xPC Target for my Hardware in Loop system. The motherboard which we use does not have any on-board graphics card. I would like to know whether any graphic card will be supported by xPC Target or Simulink Real-time Target(in 2014 version of MATLAB).
