Regarding giving input to Prismatic joint in Simmechanics

Hello, I have a manipulator as shown in the figure attached
The three prismatic joints can be actuated to get different position and orientation of the top triangle. I know the length of the prismatic joints which is a function of time, i.e., at t=9am, l1=1.2m, l2=1.5m, l3=1.9m. And like this, the length varies every 5 min till 4pm. I have made a SimMechanics model also
Is it possible to give an actuation to the prismatic joints like the one I have mentioned above. If yes, Pls let me know how?
