How to conjugate simulink model and script ?

How can I run a simulation in conjugation with script ( m-file)? I would like to build simulation model similar to this one:

I know that I can run script in simulink by adding it: File/Model Properties/Callbacks -> InitFcn (script name in blank space).

It is not working like in this model:

I have the same problem - to run one or more scripts (not functions) and to use the created variables for the simulation, without doing it manually.

Is there somebody who can do it? Thanks
