Use the Xcode for mex, is there a patch for mac 10.9 ?

I want to use Xcode as my C compiler in MATLAB R2013a, and I have already refer to the answer in http://www.mathworks.cn/support/solutions/en/data/1-FR6LXJ/ . But I can't continue because my mac version is 10.9. So I am just wondering if there is a patch for mac 10.9, where to download it?
