win8 Matlab2013a and visual studio 2012 ult Mex-Function build failed

I have got Matlab2013a and Visual studio 2012 ultimate version, and I'm going to handle some signal problems with wavelet. While when I write a .m script and use command 'coder' to select a path and save, until this point everything goes well. But when I build the project I made follow the above procedures it failed. Build Failed!!! It does have some .c and .h files, I felt lucky at the first sight,but these files are useless for the last half settings! Do I need to upgrade my Mex thing to 64-bit？ My computer is win8 64bit.
