Error while installing matlab compiled application

Dear,

A user in our company created an application using the matlab compiler. He sent me an executable which was compiled with matlab.

On my test machine I have installed the matlab compiler runtime after this I try to run the compiled installer but I get the following errors:

I'm guessing this is probably related to our proxy server blocking this. Is there any way to make this installation fully offline so it does not try to connect to the Internet?

Possibly. You would have to talk to the user who wrote the code to see if the program can do what it needs to do without connecting to the internet.
