Multiple inputs/outputs for discrete state-space block

Hello
I am having problem with feeding the Discrete State-space block in simulink with multiple inputs (3 exactly) to obtain multiple outputs (2). I do have A, B, C and D matrices in proper multiple signals form tho.
Im looking forward for any help. Best regardsm Christopher
