OPC link for Simulink

Dear all, I am attempting to connect a function (mechanistic model) with OPC in Simulink. The model has two inputs, outputting a single value. I am currently getting a few errors (see image attached) and am not sure where I am going wrong - as I am new to Simulink. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Rhodri
