unevenly sampled frequency problem

Hi.
I have a matrix (n*3) witch firs column is time and second column is x and third column is y.
these data don't have constant frequency. Interpolation is not a good method for making the frequency constant.
I heard LOMB is a good way and I want to know can you help me to use it?

I can’t help you use it because I only heard of it in your Question. This File Exchange contribution Lomb (Lomb-Scargle) Periodogram may be what you’re looking for.
