I need to include an optimization engine such as GAMS or a Matlab m-file into my dSPACE system(board 1006) for a real-time application but I don't know how can I build this interface. Regarding this matter, it would be appreciated if you kindly help me with finding a solution to call a MATLAB m-file via the control desk or a suitable MATLAB-dSPACE Interface.

Extremly unlikely that such a complex optimisation routine like GAMS will run in real time at all.
However this is more a dSPACE question rather than MATLAB, so better get in touch with those guys.
