How can i make a 8 to 3 priority encoder in simulink ?

Description: I have to model a 3 bit flash ADC in simulink. The design will consist of 3 stages, first to create reference voltages through a resistive divider, then comes 8 comparators and in the end to convert the thermometric code to binary weighted code comes a priority encoder.

Questions:

1. Can we use any block from the libraries in simulink to perform the function of priority encoder, or anything else that can convert thermometric code to binary code.

2. If not then probably we have to write a code for priority encoder 8 to 3, need help in that regard as well.
