Hi i have an image in which a stack of different cassettes are present. i want to find the number of particular cassette present in the stack by cropping or selecting one of that particular cassette.Can you please provide me MATLAB code for how to find this.

Actually first i want to scan the whole image with the frame size equal to the selected cassette size and then find the histogram intersection for the region of interest area for finding the cassette in the main image. Then by matching the feature the number of selected cassette in that area will be calculated. But i am not able to write the MATLAB code for this. Please if you can solve this problem then please provide the code here.
