Can you provide an example of a ‘noisy’ image, describing the noise? Most of the MR images I’ve seen are reasonably ‘clean’.

Acquisition processes are the only source of noisy images, this is the reason for why so many denoising methods are formed and incorporated for MR image enhancement. As a student, i usually pick images and add noises using different matlab functions ( gaussian, rician, rayleigh, etc). But for the real time images noises automatically appears during acquisition processes. I want to know about the basic processing behind it especially in the case of MR images.
