using of bevel gear constraint

Hi every one , I used from bevel gear constraint of simmechanics 2th gen for simulating two bevel gear but when i want to input torque command for motion of them in revolute joint i have received an error that said " you must Check solver type and consistency tolerance in the Simscape Solver " and make bevel gear block highlight , and then when i input motion data for actuation of main revolute joint that makes it so good and without any error !!! I must use torque command for my work bur i receiving error , how i can make it fix and using that ? I'd be very grateful if you can help me and tnx a lot for spending time and your answer .
