Polyspace with Simulink: How to change the code generation folder location

Hi,
My code generation folder location is not the current model's directory but another folder I specified: I changed the root folder in which Simulinks Coder puts its generated C files.
Polyspace does not seem to be using the CodeGenFolder parameter to try to find the generated files.
How to do force Polyspace to use my specific folder?
Thanks
