use analog pins as digital ones

Hello,
I'm trying to use analog pins as digital pins and I know that in arduino you could use A0 to A5 to represent analog pins and use them in pinMode, can we also do that in Matlab GUI? or there's another way to set this (like, set the analogwrite to 255)?
